Personalised advice and individual treatment, both therapeutic and cosmetic, are an essential part of our philosophy. Please feel free to contact us before your appointment to clarify any questions and put together the ideal treatment plan for you.
Booking
To make sure you get the appointments you want, we recommend that you book them at the time of booking or as soon as you arrive. If you prefer to make a spontaneous decision, you can book an appointment during your stay at the spa reception, subject to availability. We understand that plans can change and will cancel appointments free of charge up to 24 hours before they are due to begin. For later cancellations, we will charge for the booked treatments. In the event of a late cancellation, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly out of consideration for our following guests.
Spa etiquette
Ideally, we expect you to arrive at the spa reception 5 minutes before your treatment in a bathrobe and without jewellery. Bathrobes, bath towels and slippers for your visit are available in your room. Our spa is a place of peace and relaxation. Please contribute to this atmosphere by respecting the privacy of other guests and – also for your own relaxation – refrain from making phone calls where possible. Please note that our spa can only be used from the age of 16. Thank you for your understanding.
