In our fully air conditioned fitness gym at Hotel Castel you will find state-of-the-art fitness equipment in a pleasant ambience. Large windows offer a fantastic view over Merano and the surrounding mountains. To increase your general fitness and strengthen your cardiovascular system, use the treadmills, stationary bicycles and steppers in the cardio zone. Our weight training and stretching room has a broad range of machines for you to work on your strength and agility.

In addition, you can immerse yourself in the world of yoga every thursday. Harmonise your body, mind and soul and find true relaxation in our one-hour yoga classes taught by Hotel Castel's yoga expert, Mrs. Maichel.
