Because time, along with health and love, is the most precious thing in life, we are focussing on it this season. The seasons are an important facet of time, as they set the rhythm. Spring marks the start of the season at Castel and nature also gets into full swing. We take a look at this blossoming season.

Spring

Spring awakens all the senses in Merano and Environs.

Nature adorns itself with glorious colours, the warming sun caresses away the last remnants of winter - not just a season, but a way of life. When white-pink fruit blossoms transform the landscape and gardens into a sea of flowers and gentle fragrances permeate the mild air, it's the perfect time for outdoor excursions.

Experience nature along apple orchards and streams on numerous hiking trails or by bike, finally swing a golf club again...

afterwards, you can stop off at one of the many inns to savour fresh spring cuisine, while the towns with their cafés and promenades invite you to take a stroll.

Enchanting little villages and picturesque towns are waiting to be discovered, as are the popular Trauttmansdorff Gardens and around 80 museums covering a wide range of art, culture and history.

They are all easy to reach by public transport, by bike and on foot. They are also ideal for a cabriolet trip.
