The cuisine at the Castel - as our guests say, confirmed by many awards - is exceptionally good, varied, seasonal and consists of the best products from the region and the Mediterranean. Start every day of your holiday with a varied selection of freshly prepared food and drinks. Our breakfast buffet fulfils every wish and offers the perfect setting to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and make plans for the day in peace.
During the day, the lounge terrace invites you to linger over a refreshing drink, an aromatic espresso or a light meal. The culinary highlight is dinner in the à la carte restaurant, which, weather permitting, offers double the pleasure with its open glass façade and retracted roof under a bright blue sky or in the soft light of the stars.
Every evening you can choose your à la carte menu from up to 14 different dishes that change daily. We are happy to cater for special requests. The fresh, Alpine-Mediterranean dishes are prepared by 2-star chef Gerhard Wieser and his team - it's not for nothing that the hotel kitchen has repeatedly been recognised as the best in the country by Falstaff.
